hands down the best customer service I have ever received, I called without an appointment needing help with a roof top tent and they were more than willing to take care of unmounting from the previous vehicle and mounting it to mine, friendly and caring group of people I was beyond impressed.

I use Raven for all my vehicle upfitting (for nearly 20 years now). They have a full-time certified mechanic on staff. We even get tires on our new trucks installed here. Box liners, side steps, seat covers, hood deflectors, winches, fuel tanks, and work lights. Give Jason and his team a call - they will hook you up.

We had a couple hick up's with fitment on some parts I ordered, Abby took time from her day to research, ask question on my behalf making sure everything was going to work smoothly. Very knowledgeable staff. Jason helped me out with fixing a slow leak on a valve stem. Turned out I could replace just the valve stem and not the entire TPMS. Thx so much.

I bought my son in law a bug deflector for his truck for Christmas. I bought it at Raven Truck accessories on Yellowhead Trail. When I ordered it the lady on the phone was so pleasant to deal with. When I picked it up, I think it was the same lady as i spoke with on the phone, again so nice to deal with. She told me that if there were any issues to bring it back, just keep the box. Turns out I had the wrong one because I gave her the wrong year of the truck. Son in law returned it for the right one. No issues and again they were so good to deal with.
